They are closing this I hear... havent seen a NR yet.  So then I assume will do the reverse takeover, not sure how long until trading. Anyone hear anything?

Yes I heard the same Laiva are very upset with these delays by Edgemont and have other groups wanting the deal.  At $3300 gold they must be queuing up all the way from downtown Helsinki.

I see Edgemont got an extension till April 30. Word is there is so much interest in Laiva now that Laiva will walk from Edgemont after that as the merger implies a gold price of only $1800 vs $3200 ...more
