Not followed the details of the Gabriel case but the BIG difference VS EOM is that the tribunal has already ruled Colombia violated article 805 of FTA our wait is on damages.  EOM argued for ...more

Thanks for posting Sailor. It would be interesting to see the text of the ruling. RedEagle delisted some time ago. The quality of the accounting and title records could have impacted the court
