RE:Minesa has $$ to fix it all the tribunal ruled EOM claims could not be characterized as being in the paramo since the gov't failed to formalize any Paramo boundries ....

Aris / Mubabala are the big winners of this ruling and they are chomping at the bit to get this mining started.

It would be very hard for Colombia gov't to mine EOM claims and also deny Soto Norte.
It would also add complexity if there were 2 separte operations in the area.

Makes more sense for Colombia to settle with EOM, grant mining, and let EOM merge with deeper pocket Soto Norte.
