CVRs
CVRsI am told the CVRs are no longer valid if this decision holds under appeal. That puts the shares back in play. I do not think they can now covert the CVRs to shares. I doubt shareholders would buy into that double dipping! Everything is very fluid we need to hold our fire and hear from the board.
