RE:RE:CVRs

RE:RE:CVRs

You are accurate in your assessment Tired. I would just like to add a comment on the CVRs, our legal representatives allowed about 25% of the CVRs to be purchased by shareholders, obviously keeping 75% for themselves. The CVRs only left about 5% for shareholders. There was talk about converting CVRs to shares. Shareholders that bought in obviously have shares, the amount which entitled to them the the converted value of the CVRs. They still have their shares. The CVR manager has none.

Trex or whatever it is named has no right to shares. They could  possibly have had shares if there had been an award and shares dramatically increased as a means of rewarding them. There was talk of increasing shares to over a billion from 104 million. But that ship has sailed. The CVRs appear dead, the arbitration is done. An arbitration reversal could salvage their position but that looks bleak.

We are right back where we started, looking for a buyout. Our shares now have increased value for what that is worth. It looks our only chance to recover our investment..
