RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Interesting read from SotoMy understanding has always been that a prerequisite to filing at ICSID is that any claimant must renounce its interest in the concession in dispute. And rely solely for its compensation upon the judgement rendered by the ICSID process.

Is that interpretation incorrect?
