Where is the text of the award ?!

Where is the text of the award ?!...
That an ad hoc committee—rather than the original tribunal—fully or partially annul an award. The grounds for annulment are limited to:
  • The tribunal was not properly constituted.
  • The tribunal manifestly exceeded its powers.
  • There was corruption on the part of a tribunal member.
  • There was a serious departure from a fundamental rule of procedure.
  • The award failed to state the reasons on which it is based.
-----------------

We, Eco Oro and its shareholders lost a market value of about half a billion USD due to a proven breack of the Free Trade agreement and proved by plain market value figures.

But ICSID states, that there is no damage caused by that breack of the FTA. Could it be, that the reasons on which the award was based are pure hypothetical juristical assumptions ? Far away from real money events !!

Has anyone knowledge, how to get the original text of the award ?
