RE:RE:RE:RE:ICSID webpage shows our "Rectification Proceeding" statusBut it also means 'wait' for the other side too (Colombia / Aris) before they can use our claims for anything. So that might force 'out of court' settlement. Sure, we might not get top $$ but perhaps a decently satisfactory outcome...?
