What's the best case now?

Is the best case now for ICSID to essentially reverse their decision on a reward? Should that happen, are we back to the distribution waterfall with the CVRs, etc. that was discussed prior to the ICSID decision last year?

Is there any chance that the mining claim will be reinstated? If that is the case, can we sell the company to a more established miner?
