I just wanted to let you know that we have changed our name from DynaVat Technologies to Innovation Mining to better reflect our new expanded business model. The Company is a small-scale gold producer with a permitted and operating mine near Atlanta Georgia and a developer of sustainable mining technologies.

 

The Company has discovered and developed a unique sustainable, and cost-effective formula for the extraction of gold from ores, tailings, and concentrates. Unlike other experimental formulas being tested, our primary focus is on the recovery of low-grade, bulk-mineable gold deposits. This is an important distinction, as these low-grade deposits are the primary source of most of the gold and silver produced today and require a low-cost and effective alternative to the current global use of cyanide.

Extensive testing on the Company's proprietary NSOL formula continues to demonstrate similar leach kinetics and gold recoveries to that of a conventional cyanide solution which is currently the only economic chemical process available for the cost-effective extraction of gold from low-grade deposits.   The Company's unique water-based formula is extremely stable and delivers an effective, low-cost solution, with no odors, or noxious off gassing. The Company has completed hundreds of lab and pilot-scale tests on several ores and tailings projects and continues to deliver undeniable positive results.

 

Currently several bulk pilot-scale tests are underway. A series of full-scale 500 tonne vat/heap leach tests will be performed on-site at the Company's flagship operational gold mine in Georgia in June 2024

 

The Company has recently raised over $3.0M in working capital for the continued research and development of its proprietary non-cyanide-based leach formula, and to expand the company's current gold mining operations.

 

This vital new discovery by Innovation Mining may offer the only economically viable alternative to the broad use of toxic cyanide on low-grade and complex gold deposits in the mining sector.

 

The Company is fully funded and well positioned in this sector with a producing gold mine, a proven and experienced executive team, and offers the tremendous upside of a promising new, low-cost alternative to cyanide.
