My guess is he has a bid in at .045 and a large one at .04. He's desperately trying to get these filled.

The only logical reason to continually post negative comments on the board of a dead stock is to convince others to sell.

But, to give him the benefit of the doubt, he may simply be a whiny baby who is still upset with his poor investment.
