Ssl...it would be great if you actually took the time to understand the capital structure of the company and how the shares have been issued. And perhaps understanding what assets the company actually owns would be a good idea. For example, Bevcanna does not own the bottling facility; they lease it from Naturo which is Leone’s company. You may be fine with this, but it’s a red flag for me.  ...more

followed up. If I look at Jim Paterson practices with all the companies he owns. The same practice is in place. None of the companies own the land builders the all pay for lease improvements.

if not all, most other companies follow the same structure. This is a normal practice by most companies. Most start ups lease the buildings they work out of until they can generate enough cash to start purchasing. If u think this brings up a red flag you need to seriously not be in the investment market. This is a startup, not you blue chip conglomerate. High risk high reward. If u don't ...more
