The CEO finally speaks!

Forever only John Campbell is quoted for news releases. Kinda poetic that the CEO finally has a quote on the day he acquired 50M shares. Will he dump them on us? I'll be long gone before then. 

Even though this is another crazy dilution event, its actually very bullish. The CEO isn't going to sell his asset into a company that he's not confident has a strong future. And he didn't do this earlier because the future was uncertain. 

As far as I'm concerned, this is the CEO and biggest insider officially slamming his stamp of approval on the business and putting his money where his mouth is.

I don’t know Lucky. Always two ways of thinking about the same set of facts. Leone negotiates a sale to himself. There’s mention of an independent enterprise value assessment of Naturo but has anyone seen this. Seems sketchy and a massive conflict of interest. Also seems like a way to turn a overvalued private company into a public company and cash out. Or perhaps it’s a great move. I must confess ...more
