I think with how you manipulate infomration to support your narrative, it might be good for you to post your source.  Also, never said he wasn't cashing in shares.  Just said that it was no big deal as he is compensating himself for his work.  If Naturo is the holder of these shares, then for sure they are making some cash before the transfer is complete.  Not unusual
