Golden Rapture Mining Corporation is a Canada-based exploration company engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of assets. The Company's main property is the Phillips Township Property also known as the Nestor Falls Project located in a Tier 1 mining jurisdiction in close proximity to the New Gold Rainy River Gold Mine, Northwestern Ontario. Its Phillips Township Property is comprised of 225 contiguous claim cells totaling approximately 10,000 acres with high-grade gold. Its property includes high-grade Combined Mine, Mascotte Mine, Trojan Mine, Boulder Mine, Terrell Occurrence, OGS Occurrence, Kuluk Occurrence & the Young's Bay Occurrence and others. It has an option agreement to acquire 100% interest in the Hutchison Gold Mine project located near the Equinox Greenstone Gold Mine, Ontario. The Hutchison Mine is located on the Northern border of the Town of Greenstone. The Hutchinson Mine property is comprised of 48 claim cell units totaling approximately 2300 acres.
