Apparently Blair Jordan has turned down a few offers from bigger LPs that would have been beneficial for the company and shareholders. I don't know why he would have done this but he has probably got his own motives to sell the assets to a company that he has a stake in, or who knows what else.   I think he's going to be facing some legal troubles soon for his mishandling of ...more

I feel like you may be right regarding Blairs motives towards the direction of the company or the possible conflict of interest with shareholder value. The reason I think this may be the case is that since he has been in charge, there has been literally nothing positive that he has been released. It has almost seemed that management has been attempting to provide no real solutions since he has ...more

It is pretty clear his motives aren’t in the best interests of the shareholdrers or the company. If he actually wanted to turn it around, a shifted focus to the US and international opportunities would have been much more confidence building than warning investors of impending doom. What would be the motivation for complete silence rather than moving forward? Are these expensive  lawyers they ...more
