Check chemesis' assets that they used to have, all of these are gone, like these; desert zen, cali sap facility, kieley facility, jay and silent bob products, agreements with happy tea, shipments to the UK, quick strips, carribean green in puerto rico, natural ventures in puerto rico, 5 dispensaries in PR, la finca in colombia look at all lawsuits (see link posted on CSI.C).
