I believe we are undervalued here with a $1 share price...............

Really couldn't get more obvious we're undervalued here. NAV 1.32 and on Oct 1st we received 322,000 shares in PKK for the cubeular acquisition. That alone adds 5% Nevermind the PNR deal in Botswana. So undervalued it's unbelievable.
