It's obvious to everyone that there is close to zero interest for this stock, because of the lack of business and the very low SP. one way to attract more interest is to get rid of the share structure load, by doing a share consolidation like 1:10, and at the same time you eliminate the existing share holders (reset, bye bye). That is last resort solution that buys a little bit of time, before the real end if nothing comes of it or happens in the short term after this desperate move.
