Great News! Smart Cities are the future. It was huge when Sidewalk Labs won the bid to build a Smart City on Toronto's waterfront in 2017. I know smart city is good 5G is nice , but thing is what our share holders can get? as per the news, need to consoladate our shares, what we can get in the new company?

this deal means airbeem buys us, and go public and take over BOD, how much they give us? the pp killed us, and keep the sp around 10cents . we only have 6.81m market cap, thats why airbeem wants to steal.
