Killing Shareholder Value
Peroidic share dilution is killing shareholder value. Seeing as this company is underfunded shareholders can count on "dilution" to continue unabated. best to put your money elsewhere.

Why not buy Rush ainstead of Myriad?
Does anyone else agree that you're better off to buy Rush? Assuming they merge and you get 1 share of Myr for 2 Rush and the price is the same to buy Rush as Myriad and get shares of Boxi

Share Price
Management appears to be very adapt at crashing the share price. Everytime they go back to the "till", thus diluting the number of shares, the price tumbles. Unless things change
