I did my own DD I got the same conclusion take a look at his latest deal.....$ 1 000 000 with a enormous dilution for peannuts I am lucky....I didn't buy the stock

You should never raise money when the market condition is bad otherwise loyal shareholders will be very angry.... I cant believe it..... HUGE DILUTION !!!!!!!

shares consolidation 4 for 1 =22 000 000 shares then add 50% on the cheap financing then you get 33 000 000 shares and dont forget another bunch of cheap warrants.... that's what I call rising
