My brother lives in Melbourne, He has been watching this for months as have most in that country. What their intentions are is to license the tech out all over the world and let each country build their own plants. I believe they are in the process of building a pilot plant to prove mass production and it should take about nine months to put into production. I assume the auzy gov will fast track all permitts. If this pilot plant works every country in the world that has a source of sea water will fast track their production facilities. Hydrogen is no different than what business does right now with their conversion kits on vehicles to run on propane. No need for a hydrogen fuel cell anylonger. No need to build out a countries electrical grid at a cost of trillions of dollars, no need for a vastly over priced electric car that need to be charged every 200 milies. No need to put in millions of charging stations country wide. No need to build huge numbers of generating stations to generate enough electricity. If this works and we will not know until it's proven out it will change the world forever, the world will be heading for a zero carbon output and we can hope normalization to global warming which will then stop the methaine releases in the artic.
