Class Action
Class ActionI will be up front with all, I do not own any shares in this company but my wife does hold a small chunk of paper which is nothing of any substance realitive to what we usually invest in companies. I asked my legal team some months ago to look into a class action on this company. Once they finnished their investigation they said it would be a strong class action case if I decided to proceed. The question is do I want to initiate this action based on principal because that's what it would be not based on losses potential. I guess the question do I go ahead on princaple or let them continue to fleece shareholders? Is it worth me feeling good about something I can do for others? I will decide within six months !!!!!!
