Read Paragraph 3 & 4
This is a quote from the article. **We are extremely pleased with the terms and conditions of the deal as it no doubt increases shareholder value, and leverages our industry leading infrastructure and talent, concludes Mr. Churchill-Smith.**

Just more lies from CCS...go back to the first PR with his name on it and you will see a pattern of flat out lies and bs. CCS is just a puppet for the major shareholders and sooner or later (if they have not already) they will realize he's not the magician he claims to be. I see this getting down to $0.015 before the shareholder meeting so buyer beware!!!!

I see we have nothing to talk negatively about the company except what happened 2 years ago.... Vegreville was a bust and that's why Mcgee was let go...

That's not why McGee was let go Gmoney....get your facts straight and stop just believing whatever Hart and/or Pierce fill your head with.

If we're talking about getting our facts straight, he resigned. I meant to correct that.

The reason that happened was because everyone wanted him gone but they couldn't just let him go so they kept it on the DL and removed him... hes still employed there hope that helps

McGee and Bortles were running MMJ Enterprises. I suggest you Google search Vegreville and MMJ Enterprises. Lmfao

Vegreville was a disaster because CCS and PH bought it. No other reason. Look at the timing of the acquisition and PR - it was them. They wear that. They have no answer for it, like most things they have done at CHV. They have driven this into the ground, but it's their part time jobs so we should not be surprised. $0.025 - killing it, literally!

Do you think it could be 5 cents if they were there full time?

No. This is a disaster. They bought land in Alberta from MMJ Enterprises. Its totally insane that they used our money to make this purchase. Promising shareholder value as a result of this purchase is totally wrong IMHO. Sell the filikin land and give the money back to the shareholders.

Maybe CCS is tending to a vegetable garden growing on that land ??? Maybe he forgot he needs to be growing marijuana not tomatoes

Hahaha...he wouldn't want to actually get his hands dirty though so that's not possible. Easier to sit back and play business for a pay check vs doing the hard work involved in building a profitable business.
