when something is filed on SEDAR it is not a rumour, before it started trading as MVMD they did a financing and 25% of that financing is released on August 21st at .13, just because you do not know something you rather than look assume it is false

The guys on the other board said that filing is a myth.  No one can find it.  BS from shorts way back apparently.

it was a financing with unlocks Aug 21st 2020 Feb 21st 2021 Aug 21st 2021 and  Feb 21st 2022 so in SEDAR look for a financing that closed around Feb 21st 2020
