GW Pharma was just bought for $7B
GW has the third number of Cannabis patents. NL has the second most I Beleive.

yeah! was counting on GW getting bought out. You would be shocked how many LPs don't have any IP for Cannabis oil processing. When an industry consolidates IP becomes very important especially when there is success in litigation. Companies will be forced to go to extractors who have their own IP. Like I said before OILS is in the right space at the right time ;p

This is bigger then anyone of us can imagine. Owning a process seems frivolous, but thats what seperates an idea, from a gold mine. April 1st, .60 cents. Mark it.

It would be helpful if we were mentioned in some independent pieces. Either way, Kronos should help improve our visibility with the players that matter.

Albeit OILS is payng Kronos for their services one question to ask is, "Did Oils approach Kronos or vice versa?" I see this in industry all the time in which somebody has the connection and approaches with the adage. "I have somebody interested in you. If you pay me a finders fee I can introduce you."

It means the acquirer is not concerned with Canopy suing GW for patent infringement.

I'm sure you are right, jazz is not concerned with CO2 extraction patents. The value in GW Pharma is in their epilepsy drug patents. If canopy wins and GW can no longer extract using their CO2 equipment they could just hire a third-party extractor like next leaf
