Bevcanna signs supply deal with Nextleaf

BEVCANNA SOLIDIFIES PARTNERSHIP WITH NEXTLEAF TO MANUFACTURE HIGH-QUALITY THC AND CBD INFUSED BEVERAGES

Bevcanna Enterprises Inc. has signed a supply agreement with innovative cannabis processor Nextleaf Solutions Ltd.

BevCanna will have the ability to utilize Nextleaf's Rapid Emulsion Technology by OILS{܌ ™} ("Rapid") THC and CBD concentrate within select BevCanna in-house and white-label products.

Made with Nextleaf's high purity cannabis distillate, Rapid's unique structure and composition allows the final ingredient to be fundamentally tasteless, odorless, and achieve optical transparency through uniform and complete dispersion in water. Ten years of prior R&D has resulted in a patent pending emulsion technology adapted to cannabinoids, to deliver rapid onset of THC, CBD, and other cannabinoids.

"BevCanna and Nextleaf are working closely together to produce the highest-quality cannabinoid beverages on the market today," said Melise Panetta, President of BevCanna. "We're excited to now have the ability to utilize Nextleaf's Rapid technology in both our in-house brands and our white-label client brands."

The recent receipt of BevCanna's Health Canada Standard Processing License has allowed the Company to move forward with commercial validation and go-to-market activities, and the Company is actively working with its partners, including Nextleaf, on these initiatives.

I'm going to alter my stance a little bit.   Nextleaf will likely have some products produced by BEV as most beer companies have moved toward a premium product and a discount/entry level product.   IF Bevcanna is building with this type of thought process it is very possible that they would utilize rapid emulsions as the entry level product with a low price point and then sproutlys

Sproutly is terribly diluted and a sinking ship. I smell reverse split over there. They won't survive long term. but maybe i'll buy them out for 0.0000000000001 cent a share and use those shares to toss into the landfill.

So you being wrong with the Bevcanna deal has turned you against Nextleaf as an investment now??  I thought you mentioned yesterday they would be a good extraction play.  You dont even own any shares in this company.  What a bizarre world we live in.

I never said Nextleaf was a bad extraction play!   I think their oils are top notch and they will eventually have the cheapest price per mg in the vape sector.     I have NEVER said Nextleaf was a bad investment nor have I admitted anything wrong on BEV.     I have been talking about the drinks line of things which is only 1 aspect to nextleafs

We need to keep in mind this is a discussion board and not a stroke your ego board. I have no issues with various viewpoints being stated (as long as they are backed by legitimate info). My personal current focus is on OILS but there are various synergies related to others in the industry that we need to be aware of. I don't agree with straight up bashing but conversation is good. This is Nextleaf solutions sprouting has a board what's it at now 0.05 it's not bashing the have a gazillion shares if anything it's hedead for a split they listen wen 5 years ago  dude you have a better chance investing in tinely beverages keep that scrap off this board and go do some homework your going after Nextleaf shareholders with your information for the passed too days it

again a surface view based on what Franks said.... do you guys know how to do DD???   Do you just read these boards and take everything as gospel?   If anyone did DD on Sproutly they would be like "oh wow, water soluble cannabanoids, I didnt think this was possible"    To come back with "its garbage" shows your bias and unwillingness to see

Guys focus. Look at this new deal it's a great launching point. Focus on what NL is doing nothing else. I am sure there is much more to this deal and market is watching
