Yes, and the $.70 warrants were repriced to $.265 with a new 2 year $.35 warrant attached, still unlikely many will be exercised

10M Warrants @ $0.70  were reduced to $0.265 in the warrant acceleration. Warrants cashed at $0.265 recieve an additional warrant exerciseable at $0.35 expiring May 15, 2022. These warrants can be called in early if trading exceeds $0.44 on the CSE for 10 consecutive days.

These are just for reference. That video said they expired Thursday. Interested to see what the final exercise numbers are.

Warrant acceleration was announced March 23, 2021.  Price traded at or around 0.26 for most of April. Exercising warrants at 0.265 was a good deal if you were inclinced to exercise and believe the price will increase.

It was also nice of Bruce to give a nod to potential SP appreciation once they expire - actually said "might see it go.....next week"

This year we are a Lot further along, and have more partners. So I think it's more likely this time around. Who knows if it's next week, but these financials I bet.

As a stock that never ran up on hopium Nextleaf may actually be poised to move on fundementals.  Warrant repricing isn't ideal but at least they fought the urge to PP dilution into oblivion unlike others.

One thing to reprice warrants, another to have them expire unexercised. $3M came in from the potential partner investment for 10% of the of the company.
