S.O.T. Syndrome

Some people can stare at a lake for years thinking it's always the Same Old Thing. They know there is life under the surface, but can't grasp it is for real. Hence the SOT syndrome.

The surface is the share price. Would it double: bah, we saw 45 cents sometime in the past. SOT. Maybe it would not change your life because you might just have a couple of chips on this stock, which is fine, but for others it would be the beginning of a new life. SOT is in the eye of the casual overlooker, not NL's fault.

I do not find SOT comments helpful. It's the journey that counts. Do we have a better chance to get to 35 cents, than to crash to 15? Why? Now you're talking.

Is there any money in this lake, or is it like Civil War gold in Lake Michigan??
Comment by stealthct on May 26, 2021 3:42pm
yes, its likely going to the highest paid employees. Definitely six figure salaries.
Comment by shneps on May 26, 2021 4:23pm
The highest paid employees actually took a salary cut last year. I can't say I can think of another executive group that has done that, in this industry anyways, for their shareholders. Even the companies that are on the slippery slope to doom. Employees have also a vested interest in the future of this company.

Not sure what people expect. There's been a positive NR every two weeks. The company can't just magically make the sp go up. And you certainly don't want them "promoting" the stock. At least I don't. Patience grasshoppers. Harvest time is coming.
