Does anyone have information on how much shares are held by "insiders" and how they arrived at this number. Also, I think we should discuss in greater detail about the last warrants that were completed for debt consolidation. Do we know who this shareholder is and what their long term outlook is for Nextleaf.

Yahoo shows 5.12% as insider owned.

Thank you, I sure hope this not accurate. Paul the Ceo mentioned all his staff and himself are large shareholders in the last virtual meeting and only owning "5%" as a group amounts to just over $300,000 at todays prices.  Is my observation correct or am I missing something?

Why would I short a security that I clearly own?  This avitar is pre-populated and does not look like trump. I do not live in the usa and have no interest in american politics, nor do I wish to engage in that coversation (Im here to discuss nextlef). If you knew how the market works you would realize that you cant short this stock and make money as there is no sellers under 0.05 cents and

I'm unsure of total insider holding, I believe yahoo data only dates back to the past 2 years.

@donrudy thank you for your information. I did not know that. Paul said the warrants that were coverted was a "debt converter to equity worth 1 million for the investor and also said this investor was a long term share holder", If I remember correctly this was consolidated @ 0.08 cents.  Which looks like this would be the biggest share holder in the company, unless insiders added
