A New Era Just Opening
Big news. The game is now different, with the US market possibly opening.
As I see it, the new big shareholders who bought all the shares issued in the last 18 months are not throwing the towel, but taking charge. I am not in the know, but would expect major steps to make the company more prominent and possibly a merge.
For all shareholders the normal reference point is 20-30 cents a share. Going back to that level is the first step. I could see Nextleaf buying back some of its shares for instance with the loose money now available.
The gorillas in the corner are the Canadian, US and international markets. Paul was hinting toward a loan late this year for expansion. This is too slow obviously for many shareholders, and all about making spare change on sales. Intellectual property is the hidden gem, always has been. Moneytizing it is the big play.
