Why would Paul resign as the CEO and president of this company at such a pivotal moment?

Could be the right time for a different approach. Paul had a good run and got us to a stage that very few cannabis cos are at.  Having to apologize for his protest vibe at that event not too long ago. Maybe that's an indication of where the B of D doesn't want to go.

When a CEO quits, the stock typically goes down on heavy volume, at least when the news is issued. This is obviously not the case here. Here, more exactly, the CEO is stepping aside. Paul is still on the Board and I am sure we all wish he stays on deck. The new CEO is interim. As much as we like her, I am sure things are still in transition.  The company has never been in a better shape ...more
