RE:Preveceutical visits Penta 5 plant...The acquisition isn't going ahead because of the differences in "capital structure" but we are looking at ways we can licence Penta 5's exciting technologies.

So where are the licensing deals? Where has all that hard work gone? Why would Penta 5 not want to work with this exciting publicily listed company?
