Dirt cheap IPO .125 cents, spiked & pulled back to .25. I have been watching this one as it spiked to .88 cents on a sucker's rally/ parabolic move that has exhausted down to .25 cents.

Is it possible that they need money and they will be doing a .15 to .20 cheap PP or applying for cheap options for the insiders.

I am just a bit concerned not wanting to put any good money after a previous bad move on my part at a higher price.
