RE:CASE: MC-282-2023There was a new motion which has been submitted to the courts on November 2nd 2023. I haven't looked at it yet.

On April 18th 2023 Jim Martin through his numbered company 691142 NB (MRM Drilling and Construction) whom was appointed Chairman of the Captiva Verde New Brunswick Advisory Board. Jim Martin's company was also responsible for the buildout of Solargram Farms. Jim Martin's company has filed a Notice of Action with Statement of Claim against Solargram Farms et al.
