RE:RE:RE:RE:Heading up!!!When you think they are down and out and done - usually the best time to buy. IE when there is blood in the streets. They will sit at few cents until something happens and when that does it won't be  2 cents anymore. I've seen it time and time again.  It's just a waiting game.
