The City sent Greenbriar a message a few minutes ago stating the Agenda for the July 12 meeting to approve Sage Ranch will be published on the City's Website by noon tomorrow. (July 7, 2021)
 
The regulations require the agenda to be posted 72 hours before the meeting. 
 
Contrary to some of the nonsense on this board, Sage Ranch is a massive USD $480 Million, much needed, 995 house sub-division with inexpensive bank financing to build the homes and infrastructure.
 
The USDA provides a 38 year sub (2%) two percent home purchase mortgage requiring only a 3% down payment, making the mortgage payments cheaper then renting.
 
This was the same land other developers paid USD $21 Million for in 2006 months before the housing crisis of 2006.  The property was then approved for 688 lots.
 
We own the 995 lots without any debt at all, being the only projects of this size in the USA, to own 995 lots debt-free.  
 
There will be Federal Government officials in attendence on July 12 supporting the need for this project to provide housing for the massive government funded aviation projects.
 
We have been fully invested since 2011.
