Shareholders should put forth a motion to liquidate assets and close the fund. At this point Roger is a potential thief. Just like his Yorkton betting scandals, he has now potentially scammed Quinsam shareholders from millions of dollars.

His silence is potential evidence of guilt. Shareholders need to make a move

I don't know about thief... But some broad brush facts to be aware of.... At Sept 30 Valule of portfolio was $ 33.7M  (with $ 13M or around 38% non cannabis) Two general Cannabis ETFs were down about 33% Sept to Dec. If by Dec his portfolio lost a similar amount (not necessarily the case) the portfolio value would be about $ 22M or close to .22 NAV/sh (- using roughly 100M shares o/s) ...more
