Lion go to page 2 on the report and look at how many shares they held in late November Penn over 5 million Rubin over 2 million.  Now look at how many it shows they hold today.  It shows Rubin 500k indirect ownership no direct ownership and Penn less than 2 million.  Maybe I am missing something?

I am using the Canadian Insider Report off Waterhouse shows total current holdings they have gone down way down ie 5 million to less than 2 and 2 million to 0 and 500k indirect!  It seems to be correct as they got hit with not proper reporting....  As I said Droit is probably the largest shareholder if you believe all the buys he said he made over 12 million shares lol!  Of course

The direct ownership was from purchases directly out of the market representing a large fraction of their annual ownership.  Of course most of their ownership would be options granted to align them with the company. They will probably replace with new option grants ten - twenty.  They get cash from a likely cross to a big gold fund that they redirect to the company by an option exercise

Droit I have told you like 100 times they do not get a salary!  They charge fees!

CRA treats your income as salary even if you are a contractor or consultant if the bulk of your income comes from a single source or it is your main activity.  Daytraders as an example can have their income taxed at the employment tax rate losing the 50% capital gains deduction. It can be argued how the option exercise is treated - part of it would depend on the stock price, term and
