Nasdaq stock is at $.82. Does that mean it should be delisted anyday now since its under $1? 

I have a large sum of money stuck in this shithole of a company (like most) and if this gets delisted, What do you expect to happen next?

No it doesn't mean that delisting is inevitable any day now, however certain criteria must be met to stay listed which is in the provided link https://www.investopedia.com/investing/the-dirt-on-delisted-stocks/#:~:text=Getting%20Listed&text=Turning%20again%20to%20the%20Nasdaq,for%20listing%20on%20the%20exchange. Imo with the current amount of cash still at managements disposal another RS

it wont be delisted unless it's under a certain price point for a certain amount of time
