The Company has entered into an option agreement to acquire various properties across Canada, which include Stockwork Property, Superb Lake Property, Mt. Milligan Property, Maun Lithium Property, Terrier Lithium Property, Pag North Lithium Property and Val-d'Or East Property. The Stockwork Project consists of four mineral claims covering an area of 645 hectares approximately 65 kilometers (kms) southeast of Vernon, British Columbia, Canada, within the Vernon Mining Division. The Superb Lake Lithium Project consists of 81 mining claims totalling 6,468 hectares in three separate claim groups. The properties are located approximately 40 km north of Nakina, Ontario.
