Just talked do Greg. I was wrong. Bob Fair didn't exercise his options. Greg doesn't know if BOb will buy any common shares. If he did it would give us confidence. BTW, Greg said Bob has been giving info to RGX for some time now. But he still didn't buy any RGX stock. He's a really bad confidence maker. Makes me think he doesn't have confidence in the plant. He's just getting paid for a job, then he walks. That's just how I see it. Hey, if you are up so close to a project like Bob F. is, and you feel like its going to be great!! Why not invest in buying a lot of shares?? Bob only Just 06,28,2024 only bought 700,000 RGX shares. Wow Bob really doesn't make you feel like this is going to be great at all. IMO

Greg said we started 1st shift since July 4th. 2nd shift will start some time latter. I asked when , he said can't say, as that'll be in a PR soon.

We are using better grade now. This will be in PR soon.

I asked if plant is stopping and starting like before. He can't say now. IMO, if it was running nonstop he'd say.

I just hope they're learning a lot faster than before or we'll run out of money and company will be dead.

But, because they're spending more money on better grade this time tells me they may have better confidence that things are going better than before or maybe Bob Fair just said lets give higher grade a try. PR said Bob F. has total say in everything having to do with the plant. Lets just hope he learns FAST and knows something.

The odd thing Greg said waswhen I asked if Bob knows about extracting PGM's from "CC" .
Greg said, "We've been using his thinking for some time now" 

IMO,if this is true then why were we not doing well with Bob Fairs thinking in the past. and how will we do in the future withe same person saying how things should be done.

What will change with using the same person (BOB FAIR) who was leading us before. 
I could be wrong, but something seems wrong with the plant from what I was just told. Sure hope I'm wrong.
