RE:RE:RE:I can’t believe this stuff, They were amply warned about the pumping issue during the pilot phase.  I won't go into details but I can assure you they were warned about the viscosity, specfici gravity and pump sizes and had they continued the conversation they would have realized sooner how it affects the pump curve therefore pump selection.  I tried and I'll leave it at that.  So ya I don't buy the entire narrative that some of this stuff was just unknown.  There is a process for designing systems and anticipating failure modes.  It was either not done, only done as an excercise to check off a box and not taken seriously. or just poorly done by someone with not the proper experience
