what is really going on i still think it has a lot to do with the law suit with ETI ? you know you cant really sue any one that is not doing anything up front as far as we no they are probably processing right now and calling it comitioning ? if you remember they were running before when they wore out there equipment last year they never let us know anything then either ? if they did ETI coud go throw with law suit ?. if they dont post that there processing ETI cant go further with law suit . i think RGX are just waiting for ETI to go bankrupt there down to no cash or equipment left so the only thing ETI has left is this law suit. but i think RGX started prosing on June 1st and they dont have to post anything until the end of oct or july 31 the earlyist or maybee even later ? buy then we shoud have enoff revenue to out duel ETI in court. on the other hand we really dont know if RGX even has a plant at all every time they post pitchers they are always totally different ? i wonder if they would let us shair holders go have look to see what we really have or dont have ?
