Price

Have to keep in mind that there is an enormous overhang of the rights issue affecting the share price. 19 million shares have been bought and sold almost all betweem 8.5 and 10.5 cents in the past 3 months, from July 15 to Oct 15. ( Obviously someone must be buying) From the split date in March  to July 15 approx 30 million shares were bought and sold on the VSE alone from 6 to 10.5 ( not including all the other exchanges) I don't have the total volume data from all the exchanges for that period, but taking the percentage, from the last 3 months it could be closer to 40 million in total for that period. So , realistically since the split date total volume probably is around 60 million shares traded since the March split date.
After the split , half of the total float were the cheap rights. So anywhere around 8 or 9 cents was pretty much a triple. It seems to indicate that there certainly have been a lot of buyers vacuuming up those shares. I don't care what potential shareholders think MWX has, there is profit taking with those ultra cheap rights. However judging by the volumes especially these past 3 months, it has given buyers opportunity to get in cheaper than present shareholders would like.
Hopefully at some point the profit taking dries up, and with good news, and some validation , the price can rise.
Good news to read that the plant is being set up in Tennessee. I'm sure there will be a more thorough update in the coming weeks. As we wait, I am sure, management is getting its ducks lined up so that there can be loud quacking when we get the appropriate news on both the CC recycling and Cehegin. Only 11 weeks to the New Year.. Patience....GLTA

Great post Bailey!!! Sorry gang I am way too inside to post anything positive these days. I've seen two, too this point anyway, WASTED opportunities by management, that make me sick. Three actually but I won't talk about #3. (1) Our cash guy I talked about who literally begged them, " tell me how I can help you get this company to the next level" and this kid is not a " ...more

For potential revenue numbers, either management can give " pie in the sky" numbers presently, or complete stage 4 which is increasing thoroughput and maximizing end output, to see what this pilot plant alone can actually  deliver.  I thnk this is obviously the key to be able to really give the investment community fairly accurate projections. And of course, the commercial ...more

Or...........fruitful!!!!!!  ;);););). I have a lot of time and energy into getting these two and the 3rd one I won't speak of, in front of management so.............I have a reputation from several sides to defend here. I'm not an a$$hole...............I am a man with "expectations" !!! Maybe it is an Alberta thing!!      I just went out to  my ...more

From  Greenhouse Gas Emissions From Major Industrial Sources - III Iron and steel Production (ieaghg.org) " ... Typical emissions from a blast furnace ... Carbon dioxide ... 280000-500000 ( g/ton of pig iron ) ... " So if smeting one ton of C.C. produce, let's say 500000g of co2, then 10 tons per day would yield 5 tons of carbon dioxide. Even at $100.00 per ton carbon credit, ...more

Same kind of apple, or orange if you like orange more than apple, ( i.e. recycling C.C. ), different  technology ( bathtub vs. barbecue ). But the bathtub produces less CO2. ( guesstimate 5 tons of CO2 per 10 tons of C.C. ). Hence, at $100.00/ton of cabon credit, the bathtub earns $500.00 per day for dunking 10 tons of apple ( orange ). Speaking out of common sense only, would like to hear ...more

Let me rewrite, Same kind of apple, or orange if you like orange more than apple, ( i.e. recycling C.C. ), different technology ( bathtub vs. barbecue ). But the NEW bathtub method produces less CO2 comparing to the CONVENTIONAL barbecue method ( guesstimate 5 tons of CO2 per 10 tons of C.C. ). Hence, at $100.00/ton of cabon credit, the bathtub earns $500.00 per day for dunking 10 tons of ...more

Love reading bailey's stupid ideas while waiting for news. There are the same # of shares now as before the rights issue, so any overhang is your attempt to have make believe communication with the owners of the 350M shares.
