He held many senior management positions during his career and retired as the President/CEO of a multi-billion-dollar financial institution. He served as Chairman of the Ontario based, Co-Operators Group of companies, a national life and general insurance company. Don't feel too sorry for Harvey. He did in fact sell net over 800k shares. At the same time adding more to his TFSA. Before the news release of options granted, yesterday, he held 900,000 options with an average price around 11ish or 12 ish cents and also 167500 warrants. Who knows why anyone sells but at 72  years of age perhaps estate planning and rejigging a little...... Whomever

Sell in nonregistered buy in TSFA.  Seems like a future capital gains avoidance strategy.  Personal I have done this myself in the past with RGX/MWX/Solid res.

I agree with that strategy as yes I've done lots of manipulation with RGX!!! Problem is the "optics " of a director selling off that many shares, strategy or not..........looks Bush League!!!!!! Buy these cheap shares!!!!

I also do that...once I have more conviction that a speculative stock will become less speculative in the future (don't play with TFSA or RRSP)...Basically, this is a good sign!
