Royalties Inc. is a Canada-based diversified royalties company. The Company has a 3.9% stake in Music Royalties Inc. (MRI), a Canada-based private company that acquires passive music royalties from rightsholders, including artists, producers and songwriters, and holds a portfolio of approximately 31 cash-flowing music royalties. The Company also has interests in exploration and evaluation properties located in Mexico, owning a 100% interest in the Bilbao silver-zinc-lead project located in the southeastern part of the State of Zacatecas. It also owns an 88% interest in Minera Portree de Zacatecas, S.A. de C.V (Minera Portree), which holds an asserted claim to a 2% net smelter royalty on five mining concessions known as the Portree claims at the Cozamin Mine in Zacatecas, Mexico, which is operated by Capstone Copper Corp.

Commodities are in the early stages

of a bull market as the counterfeiting of printed IOU currency are an ongoing necessity to keep the system afloat. Zinc now 1.70 US lb. Copper now 4.80 I realize tax loss selling season approaches...but Xtierra under current management has been far to complacent in it's strategic and creative approach in realizing it's true value.
