Opportunity to sue for mismanagement?

This corporation has been a disaster for a long time.  I am in the 3rd name era since I invested.  MOM, LMT and now RLSC.  I am really wondering if the investors can sue the directors and officers of the company for breach of duty, financial mismanagement and recoup some of the losses.  Absolutely no communication as the value dwindled away.  That is not proper.

Would love to hear if anyone else has thought of this, or has experience in this happening elsewhere. I do know that D&O insurance exists for these cases, and also that the D&Os can be held personally responsible in some form.

Like a lot of others, I've been holding the bag on this shyte show through 3 different ...more

Don't  know where the word "door" came from, must be part of the darn 'auto-complete' crud from google.

Don't waste your time with this Canadian stock. Go with American COVID-19 stocks. IMAC just ran from 30 cents to $5 in 1 day.
