The big Pharma companies spend billions lobbying governments world wide and make hundreds of millions in US camapaign contributions.The Pharma lobby is bigger than oil it is very hard to advance any drugs that do not go through the giant mega companies which is extremely bad when it comes to advancing new promising medications.I am in a drug trial right now with a major and the cost to Alberta
